The more I cook, the more I learn about people and places. Food Culture helps define us. Take me as an example, I can happily cook a full Sunday roast: leg of lamb, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, vegetables, and Yorkshire puddings to boot. I can just as easily (!) cook a mean nonya chicken curry or beef rendang. These dishes speak volumes about my identity as a Brit who grew up in Singapore. I like being a bit different from your usual Britmum, and I feel like a little part of me belongs to these tropical shores.

It’s really no fun struggling to keep up with the seemingly obscure terms while you sit through a session with your creative/technology consultant.   Social media management requires the ability to stay organized and on top of things. This is why applications that help you do both are greatly appreciated, provided they have the features you need. It’s August 6th 2015, day 4 of my Matthew Kenney Raw Food Chef Training in Huahin. Wait a moment, I hear you think, “I thought you already were a raw food chef”. Well, I did Elaina Love’s training in Bali in 2013, and that certified me as a raw food chef and educator by Pure Joy Academy. This is my personal desire to upgrade my skills and knowledge and learn from what I consider the best raw food academy that I know of.
