If you’re anything like me and many others, you have a lot of distractions during the course of your working day. With so many distractions at work, it can be hard to get on with what you need to get done. 

  It was my birthday a few days back (yay!) and I am now the grand old age of 35. Woolf Works also turned the grand old age of 1 so it feels like a particularly poignant time. This year has really been the cliché entrepreneur’s rollercoaster – big highs of accomplishment with big lows of ‘what the hell have I gotten myself into’.

Whether to buy organic or not can be an emotional topic. There is so much conflicting information as to whether organic foods contain more nutrients than their conventional counterparts.
