#ConnectedWomen: What Are The Biggest Technology Challenges Faced By Female Entrepreneurs? (With Infographic)

 

A survey conducted by Connected Women to 108 female entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs from the Connected Women community centered around the use of technology and technology tools for their business show these insightful results.


When asked what they want the get out of technology and technology tools, 30% said they want to streamline processes with tech tools, 57% want to learn new technology skills, 72% said the want to gain more clients from the use of tech, 67% want to build their online presence and 46% want to improve productivity.

However only 47% use email marketing tools, 45% use social media management tools and 21% use productivity tools.

Asked about their top interest in Technology: 63% said team collaboration tools, 61% said social media for business and 44% said devices and software relevant to SMEs.

When asked the question “what are your biggest technology challenges?” these are the top answers:

1. Lack of knowledge and training around tech products

2. (Not enough) time to understand the range of services available

3. Unable to keep up with the speed of technology changes.
