Ano ang PhilHealth YAKAP?

Ang PhilHealth YAKAP (Yaman ng Kalusugan Program) ay isang government program na nagbibigay sa mga Pilipino ng libreng access sa primary healthcare through accredited clinics. Ginawa ito para mas accessible, affordable, at preventive ang pangangalaga sa kalusugan, para healthy ang inyong pamilya without the high out-of-pocket costs.

Ano ang puede mong ma-avail?

• Medical consultations
• Laboratory tests ayon sa reseta ni dok
• Preventive screenings, tulad ng wellness or cancer screening ayon sa reseta ni dok
• Prescribed medicines ni dok

Sino ang puedeng mag-avail?

Kahit sinong PhilHealth member ay puedeng mag-register sa YAKAP. Basta may PhilHealth ID Number (PIN).

Magkano ang YAKAP?
It’s free. PhilHealth YAKAP is a government program, kaya walang cost to avail ang mga covered services at accredited clinics. Ngunit ang mga private clinic ay maaring mag-charge ng hanggang P900 sa loob ng isang taon kung lumagpas na sa individual allocation ng PhilHealth ang in-avail na services.

Sino ang puedeng mag-avail?
Any PhilHealth member and their dependents. Kailangan lang ng PhilHealth ID Number (PIN). Kung hindi pa kayo member, you can register with PhilHealth first.
