We look forward to welcoming you!

In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Week, we will talk about “Coping with Loneliness: Improving your Mental Health through Belonging and Connection”.

Get advice and learn from Carmelina Oyales, a certified Grief Counselor at Infinit Care, on how important it is to look after women’s health including strategies to cope, prevent, and overcome loneliness by helping us revisit the human need for social connection.

We will also discuss:

  • How loneliness affects mental health
  • Ways to increase belonging and connection in the workplace
  • How to strengthen connections in the new normal

*This includes FREE self-care tools and resources, curated content, 24/7 chat support, and a customized mental health program delivered through webinars and training sessions.

Note: This online forum will be conducted in Taglish
We hope to see you there!
