I know – it’s February and Valentine’s Day so it is typical to have a lingerie feature. But I want to put a twist on this month of love and turn that love inwards.

Too often we worry about what we look like and, particularly at the beginning of the year, we look at various ways to be fitter/slimmer/happier. Did you know that “what you think about yourself extends to how the world sees you”. Love yourself and your confidence shines through.
