Rose & Co. was founded by mother-and-daughter team Patricia and Caroline Rose when they bought a historic Victorian apothecary in Yorkshire in 1987. Inspired by the love of everything vintage and a bygone era, Caroline Rose decided to create handmade body care products in their old chemist store.

Rose & Co.’s product range includes body lotions, hand creams, bath and shower crèmes, bath melts and tartelettes, balms and salves, and gifts.

From their humble beginnings in a Yorkshire village, you can now explore their full range, and discover a little slice of Victorian nostalgia from Haworth. Discover their quirky little sister brand, Patisserie de Bain, inspired by colourful French patisseries and childhood sweet scents, and Zam-Buk Victorian-inspired antiseptic ointment.

Rose & Co. has evolved into a niche beauty brand known for the quality and integrity of its products sold through carefully selected retailers worldwide. All products are made in the UK with professionally blended, hand-picked ingredients.

Products are made in small batches in the UK, and soaps are still traditionally milled and pressed in one of the oldest soap factories in England.

To this day Rose Petal Salve, which Caroline Rose created 25 years ago, is their bestselling product and the all-time favourite for treating dry lips, cuticles, and rough skin.

Testing products on animals had already been banned in the EU prior to that.
