There truly is a healthy alternative to everything. It’s not a secret that sodas or juices contain large amounts of added sugar, and that those sugars are bad for your health in so many ways.



 

If you’re a busy person who requires high performance on a daily basis, soda, energy drinks, and sugary juices aren’t doing you any favours, not to mention the potential crash in energy once the sugar rush wears off.

Today, I’m sharing the truth about soda, how much sugar is in a serving, and how many servings we’re usually consuming … and it’s probably more than you think! I will also offer some healthier alternatives for you to enjoy.
