Whether you’re an adult working out in the gym or a kid playing sports, staying hydrated and replenishing the right way is important to maintaining high performance and a quick recovery afterwards.



 

When we sweat, we lose a lot more than water. Sweating means you’re losing electrolytes and putting the sodium to potassium ratio in your body off-balance.

So how, with one drink that’s not commercially made, can you replenish the body? I’ll share some facts with you, and the mix my kids love drinking during and after sports!
