What do you think is the most significant contribution Filipino Women make to the country?

Senior management positions held by Filipino women at work are increasingly growing through the years. In fact, according to a report conducted by Grant International last 2020, the Philippines has the most women in top business positions among the 32 countries studied on the survey. This shows that Filipino women are helping in shaping the future of the country’s economy.

Moreover, a lot of Filipino women are also starting their own business with an advocacy. They are not just simply opening a business for profit but a business that carries their personal values and advocacy that helps address pressing issues around their community.

What’s your best advice for Filipino women to achieve success?

A Filipino woman must keep in mind that she is a gift to the world and that she holds a power that needs to be shared to those who are in need of strength. She should not be afraid to speak her truth. In order to achieve success, she must be willing to learn everyday, continually improve her mindset and always do the hard work.
