Some people make you feel great! Their energy is contagious. They have the ability to look at the brighter side of life. You can be like that, too. It takes three steps to supercharge your life with positivity.


One of the best ways to boost your energy is to surround yourself with positive people. Don’t allow yourself to be drained out by people who are constantly complaining or blaming others for their ‘unfortunate life situations’.

You can increase positivity in your life by practising the following 3 steps:

1. Take accountability and ownership for your own life.

In the words of Dalai Lama, “when you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realise that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.” Do what you love and the things that make you happy. It will make easier being responsible for your life.

2. Think of at least one thing that you are grateful for every day.

Start your day with counting your blessings. Be thankful for what you have and appreciate the little things in life. Enjoy the mornings, the sunsets, and the time you spend with your loved ones. These are simple moments that can make a great difference in your daily life.

3. Stop carrying grudges and harbouring negative emotions.

Stop it. Negative feelings just drain you. They cloud your way of seeing things. Worse, they stress you out – and damage your skin! Forgive people – not necessarily for them, but for yourself. Let go of the grudge and live happy days.
