Filipino leaders are constant learners, have good work ethics, and embrace the servant leadership style. They seek to be of service to their employees and their customers, never proud to do any type of work and always curious as to what the future brings.

What’s your best advice for Filipino women to achieve success?

Be comfortable in who you are and confident in what you bring to the table. It is good to be different, embrace diversity. Be bold and courageous yet respectful, thoughtful and reliable. Let your presence always be a joy to others and your absence be a noticeable miss.
