About The Trainers:

Theo Davies is a record-breaking sales professional, speaker and certified trainer with Southwestern Consulting. He is a former international sportsman, representing his home country of Singapore in cricket and playing in the World Cup qualifiers. He is a former Army Intelligence Officer. He was the managing director of a student-run consulting business,with clients such as Shell, Procter & Gamble, and Virgin. He was also the president of the student Societies Council. He holds the all-time Honorary Sales Record out of 150,000 people across Southwestern Advantage and a record for the most units sold in a single day. He is a former top sales producer at DBS Bank, Southeast Asia’s largest bank. He is a senior sales director at UGL/DTZ, one of the largest global real estate providers,and has been ranked in the top 2% nationwide (Singapore) in his first year as a realtor. He is a winner of the nationwide Realtor of the Year (Singapore), Silver Award for overall achievement, and a Toastmasters Champion speaker.
