Windy Gancayco

Windy Gancayco is a Reiki Master Teacher and the founder of the Gassho Center for Healing Arts in Cebu City, Philippines. Originally from Manila, she grew up in Paris and New York, and worked at the United Nations in Manhattan and at the World Health Organization in Geneva before starting a new career in culinary arts and opening a Swiss restaurant in Cebu. She lives in Cebu with her daughter Sara, her husband Seb, and their cat Leo. Windy speaks English, Tagalog, French, and Spanish, but has yet to master Bisaya, the language of her adopted hometown!
