My passion and interest about people and behaviours translated into a fulfilling career as a qualitative market research professional and eventually, into talent consultancy for the market research and consumer insights industry.   During the course of my career, I have collaborated and been actively involved in local and regional qualitative projects including some of global consumer, healthcare, telecommunications, financial and petroleum brands.   Since 2012, I have ventured into strategic talent consultancy and has specialized in profiling market research professionals in the Southeast and East Asia region - Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Greater China, Hong Kong etc.   I am driven by my desire to make a positive impact in professional lives, have a hand in developing business culture and organizations and help in making progressive career moves among those I meet.   Working within the market research space for years have given me a natural understanding for the market research professional, the industry challenges and the ever evolving business needs. It has proven to be essential in assessing and providing insight in lining up opportunities for strategic career moves.
