I believe that peer circles can be extremely powerful for women - small groups coming together regularly to talk, share, problem solve, and learn around a specific topic.

In a way, we are all nutritionists. Each of us knows about food to some degree: We need to plan and think about the meals we provide for our family on a daily basis, consider how these foods make us feel, and establish ways to improve our overall diet in order to improve our health and wellbeing.
