I hope you’re enjoying a wonderful holiday season so far! As this year comes to a close, I wanted to reach out to you and wish you a wonderful holiday season and a very blessed New Year.

So much has happened this year that’s filled me with thanksgiving and gratitude. As my way of saying thank you, I recorded a short video of a process that I personally use at the end of the year as a means for reflections and to mentally close the year and look forward to the next year with anticipation of great things. Usually done with my growth friends and my husband, I wanted to share this gift with you as a source of inspiration and perhaps some strategies to help you take stock of the past year and make this next year your BEST year yet.
