C-u Pinn Koh

Koh C-u Pinn is the founder of Arielle Law Corporation and has been in the legal profession for more than 15 years, having graduated from NUS Law Faculty in 1998.She started her legal career in one of Singapore’s most venerated law firms, Lee & Lee, before moving to inhouse-counsel roles with SMEs and MNCs, including Fullmark and Visa. Recognized for her expertise even in her early practice years, C-u Pinn co-wrote a textbook on “Technology Joint Ventures” (complete with template agreements, published by Butterworths), and as an invited speaker conducted a talk pertaining to “Law and Business on the Internet” at an Asian Business Forum. Since then, she has written articles for other prestigious publications such as MillionaireAsia and the Singapore Business Review, and presented on various legal subject-matters at seminars.In addition to being an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, C-u Pinn is also a Singapore Registered Patent Agent. To understand her clients better, C-u Pinn obtained her Master degree in Counselling in 2008 from Monash University, graduating within the top 5% of her cohort.Being both people oriented and commercially practical, C-u Pinn is well-equipped to explain comprehensively to clients what is needed to protect and grow their assets.
